Requirements
The Service Excellence Award recognizes businesses that consistently provide outstanding customer service experience. This award honours businesses that demonstrate an exceptional dedication to service excellence through their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty, and engaging with the community.
Non-profit organizations are not eligible for this award.
Must be in operation a minimum of two years as of September 1, 2023.
To be considered for the Service Excellence Award, the business must meet the following criteria:
- Positive Feedback and Reviews: The business consistently receives positive feedback and reviews through their own channels and third-party media. Customers express satisfaction with the quality of service received, highlighting the exceptional customer experiences provided by the business.
- Meeting Changing Customer Needs: The business demonstrates proficiency in meeting or exceeding the changing needs of customers. They are responsive and adaptive, ensuring that their products, services, and customer interactions remain relevant and valuable in a dynamic market environment.
- High Service Standards and Staff Training: The business maintains high service standards through effective staff/team training and development. They invest in equipping their employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Exceptional Customer Experiences and Exceeding Expectations: The business consistently provides exceptional customer experiences, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. They have earned a reputation for exceeding customers' or clients' expectations, leaving a lasting positive impression.
