Requirements
Service Excellence Award is presented to a business that provides an excellent customer service experience. This business has an outstanding dedication and achievement to service excellence demonstrated by a strong commitment to outstanding customer service, loyalty and community engagement. Judging will take into account the relative size of business. *Must be in business longer than 2 years
This business:
- Receives positive feedback and reviews through their own and third-party media channels.
- Demonstrates proficiency in meeting or exceeding the changing needs of customers.
- Preserves high service standards through effective staff/team training and development.
- Consistently provides exceptional customer experiences and has a reputation of exceeding customers’/clients expectations.
NOTE: The BEA Committee reserves the right to reallocate nominees into the appropriate award category if they are determined to be ineligible in the Service Excellence Award category.
