Requirements
Top 40 and Over Criteria
Nominee must be 40 and Over as of January 1, 2024.
The Top 40 Over 40 will include only 20 honorees who are 40 years of age or older. This group may include individuals who were recognized as Top 40 Under 40 back in 2014, provided they are now 40 years of age or older.
Nominees must reside or work in the South Okanagan-Similkameen region.
Nominees must work in a leadership role in any sized organization from the private, public or not-for-profit sectors.
Self-nominations are accepted.
